Growing up on Adams St.
Was very simple. life happened. We took things for granted. I know there were certain things that my cousin " Cookie" took for granted, and that was that , every time he walked through our kitchen on Adams Street, in SmokryHollow. My mom, Aunt "Eda" would always have some sort of pastry waiting for Cook under the cake dish. No matter where he was coming from he always stopped at our house first to check the cake box. My mom alway came through. It was like clock work. Every day. Cookies Aunt Edith loved him very much, and he certainly loved her. I also know she was waiting for Cookie with something sweet. love always Your cousin Shirley "whirly"
for him with his favorite sweet.
