David Rhodescelebrating for Phyllis Iaderosa, 89, who passed away peacefully at her homeearly Tuesday morning, May 12.Phyllis was born March 7, 1920 in Cervino, Caserta, Italy, the daughter ofMadalina Pascarella and Luigi Ross. She came to the States in 1930.She looked forward to cooking spaghetti for her family every Sunday andspending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a compassionatewoman, who was always there to help and listen to anyone in need. She was abeloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who will be missed byeveryone.She leaves her husband, John Iaderosa, whom she married Aug. 12, 1953 inItaly; three children, Sarah “Sally” (Vincent) Femia of Hubbard, FrankIaderosa of North Lima and Joanna Iaderosa of Canfield; seven grandchildren,Nick (Stacey) Femia, Melissa (Charles) Hess, Jason (Amber) Freudenberg,Kristin Andrews, Lauren Iaderosa, Jordan Freudenberg and Marissa Iaderosa;six great-grandchildren, Ashley and Natalie Femia, Marina, Giada and AlessiaHess and Addison Andrews; a twin sister, Alice Morelli of Boardman; manynieces and nephews, including Dr. Louis Morelli, whom she confided in often;brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Biagio and Francine Iaderosa; and manyfriends and neighbors.Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, BridgetMarchetti and Vivian Morelli.Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today, May 14, and again on Friday, May15, from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442South Ave. in Boardman.
