YOUNGSTOWN – Jeffrey L. Hunt, 71, passed away Monday, Nov. 13, 2017. He was born June 19, 1946, in Youngstown, the son of Claude C. Jr. and Anna Marie (Foust) Hunt. He was a graduate of The Rayen School and was a U.S. Marine Veteran. He worked as a truck driver for Pem Co. Trucking in Texas.
Jeffrey was a faithful member of the Christian Assembly Church and their Celebrate Recovery Program. He was a jack of all trades, enjoyed music, especially jazz, old cars, and playing the organ, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. Jeffrey will always be remembered lovingly by his wife, the former Gail Fauver, whom he married Sept. 14, 1974; mother Anna Marie Hunt; daughter Amy Lynn Hunt of East Liverpool; three brothers, Claude C. Hunt III, of Austintown, James (Dori) Hunt of Austintown, and Jerry (Keri) Hunt of Boardman; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; and two sisters, Mable Palo and Judi Bagdassarian. There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Christian Assembly Church, 5050 South Ave. in Boardman, with Pastor Jerry Hunt officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman.
