NORTH LIMA There will be funeral services at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, followed by a 10 a.m.
Mass of Christian Burial at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Austintown for Philomena ³Phyllis² Milano, 93, who passed away peacefully Sunday morning, on June 4, with her family by her side.
Phyllis was born Oct. 20, 1923, in Youngstown, the daughter of John and Lucy
(Pensato) Tucci.
She was the owner of Phyllis Beauty Salon and worked in the cafeteria for the Youngstown City Schools. Phyllis was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Austintown and the St. George Lodge No. 66. She loved to dance and was blessed at being a great cook and baker.
She will be remembered lovingly by her son, Bill (Patti) Milano; two daughters, Mary Ann (Lou) LaRocca and Denise Dalla; seven grandchildren, Kristi Milano, Billy Milano, Michael (Trisha) Milano, Joe LaRocca, Daniel L aRocca, Gino (Alyse) LaRocca, and Taylor Dalla; and six great-grandchildren, Megan, Gia, Vinny, Dominic, Kyra and Rocco, and one precious baby soon to be born.
Besides her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Santoro and a brother, Dominic Tucci.
Friends may call on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman.
