HUBBARD – Pasqualino “Patsy” Restaino, 84, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, March 26, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Aug. 11, 1932, in Pacentro, Italy, the son of Giuseppe and Antonietta (Mastramico) Restaino.
He worked for Wean United and Valley Mold.
Patsy was a hard worker, and enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family.
He will always be remembered lovingly by the love of his life, the former Gemma Carrabbia, whom he married Oct. 16, 1952; daughter Tonina Petrock of Poland; son Danny Restaino of Hubbard; six grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Raspanti, Kristen (Chuck) Cormell, Patrick Restaino, and Ashley, Alex, and Ryan Jerome; five great-grandchildren, Vincent and Luca Raspanti and Alexander, Aiden, and McKenzie Cormell; son-in-law James Jerome; sister Maria Restaino of Italy; brother Marco of Italy; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Franca Jerome; son-in-law Randy Petrock; great-grandson, Nathan Raspanti; and two brothers, Mario and Alberto Restaino.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday, March 31, at St. Charles Church in Boardman, followed by an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial with the Rev. Philip Rogers celebrating the Mass.
