Robert "Bobby" E. Harrison, 57, of Youngstown passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 25, 1959, in Youngstown, the son of Walter E. and Evelyn A. (Russell) Harrison. He was a 1977 graduate of South High School and then went on to serve his country in the U.S. Army as a medical specialist for 10 years. Bobby loved his family and friends. He had a great sense of humor and was known for telling colorful stories. Bobby had a big heart, always putting others before himself. He loved to cook and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. Bobby will always be remembered by his daughter, Jasmine Harrison of Youngstown; brother, Perry (Janice) Harrison of Youngstown; two sisters, Marcey (Michael) Taylor of Canfield, and Lynda Harrison of Austintown; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Andre Harrison Sr.. Friends may call on Saturday, March 25 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at New Vision New Day Ministries, 1970 Everett Avenue, in Youngstown, followed by a noon funeral service with Pastor Selena Moore officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
