Obituary for John Patrick Donofrio
ADAMS TWP., PA - John Patrick Donofrio, 54, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018, at his home.
Born in Youngstown on June 23, 1964, he was the son of Ralph Donofrio and the late Margaret “Peggy” McBride Donofrio.
John was a Medical Sales Rep and Clinical Mapping Specialist for Boston Scientific. He had served in the U.S. Navy during the Persian Gulf.
He was a member of Treesdale Golf and Country Club.
Surviving are his fiancée, Rachelle Weir; a son, Joseph Anthony Donofrio of Naples, Fla.; a daughter, Jessica Ellen Donofrio of Port Orange, Fla.; his father, Ralph Donofrio of Youngstown; a brother, Michael Donofrio (Erin) of Struthers; two sisters, Maureen Donofrio of Struthers and Michelle Fabian (Mike) of Boardman; several nieces and nephews; and his former spouse, Dana Donofrio (Bill Waldschmidt) of Valencia.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 27, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman, where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018, at 11 a.m. at NorthWay Christian Community, 12121 Perry Highway, Wexford, PA 15090.
