YOUNGSTOWN - Barbara A. Cappiello, 73, passed away Thursday, Oct. 4, 2018.
She was born Nov. 17, 1944, in Youngstown. The daughter of Nick and Velva (Linder) Cappiello.
Barbara will always be remembered lovingly by her sister, Rosalie (Dennis) Palazzo and her children, Dennis (Kathy) Palazzo and their sons, Joshua and Matthew, Nicole Palazzo, Jamie (Jamie) Vogle, and their children, Cori Palazzo, and Nicholas and Nathan Durkin, James Palazzo, and Lisa (Walter), and their son, Jack Kustra; sister, Christine Cappiello; two brothers, Rocco (Denise) Cappiello, and their children, Nicolette and Natalie, and Richard (Margaret) Cappiello, and their children, Richard and Jason Cappiello, beloved Lenore and Teddy; and beloved aunt June Mininni.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Elva White; and brother Nick Cappiello.
Family and friends may pay their respects from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman, followed by an 11 a.m. funeral service.
The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and doctors at Mercy Health I.C.U. and Select Specialty Unit, especially John, for the kind and compassionate care shown to Barbara.
