YOUNGSTOWN – Dolores C. Venneri, 77, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018.
She was born June 6, 1941, in Indiana, Pa., the daughter of William and Pauline C. (Krajci) Bruce.
She was a graduate of Liberty High School and worked as a secretary at Kent State University until her retirement in 2004. Dolores was a member of St. Christine Church. She enjoyed music and was an internet disc-jockey for doo-wop music. She also enjoyed going to casinos, spending time with her family and friends, and taking care of her two dogs, Orphie and Annie.
Dolores will always be remembered lovingly by her three children, Anthony G. Venneri Jr., William C. (Michele) Venneri, and Stephen J. Venneri; five grandchildren, Anthony G. III, William, Blade, Cheyanne, and Taylor; and sister, Geri Cubbal.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Vicky Berk.
Family and friends may pay their respects from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman, followed by a 5 p.m. funeral service.
