Obituary for Robin M. Stepanovich

On Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, Robin Stepanovich passed away at Caprice Health Care Center at the age of 65, after a prolonged illness. Robin will be lovingly remembered by his children, Whitney (Brian) Godwin, Amie Stepanovich, and Nic Stepanovich, and grandchildren, Piper Hans and Ashyr Godwin. He is also survived by his sisters, Jess (Chris) Chandler, Jody (Chuck) Larson, and Judy Johnson, one brother, Ronald Stepanovich, as well as nieces, a nephew, and many dear friends.
Robin was born in Twin Falls, Idaho to Robert and June Stepanovich (predeceased) and he held a lifelong affection for the State. He graduated from Boardman High School and lived most of his life in and around the Mahoning Valley. A perpetual student, Robin loved mathematics, science fiction, and the outdoors. He served for several years in the U.S. Navy working on airplanes and received numerous commendations for his service. The family held a private memorial in remembrance on December 10.
