Palmira Torres Rivera, 63, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 12, 1954, in Puerto Rico, the daughter of Jose Morales Torres and Palmira Rivera. Palmira attended high school and college in Puerto Rico. She retired as a secretary from G.E. in Puerto Rico. Palmira was a loving mother, grandma, and sister. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She will always be remembered lovingly by her 3 children, Jose J. DeLeon (Leycha) of Youngstown, Sasha Vazquez of Warren, and Jimmy Roldan of Youngstown; 3 grandchildren, Derrick Ethridge, Amaris DeLeon, and Kayvon Vazquez; 2 sisters, Carmen and Nilsa Torres; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
