Ralph C. D'Onofrio, 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 16, 1931, in Youngstown, the son of Albert and Catherine (Centrillo) D'Onofrio. Ralph was a graduate of The Rayen School and Youngstown State University. He was a teacher and master carpenter. He loved Youngstown State Penguins Football. His wife, the former Mary Ann Roberts whom he married Feb. 12, 1961, passed away Aug. 8, 2004. Ralph will always be remembered lovingly by his three children, Juliana Johnston, Mary Kay (Mike) Heil, and Ralph J. DOnofrio; and two grandchildren, Jake and Raechel Heil. He was preceded in death by sister, Rosemarie D'Onofrio. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, followed by a 10 a.m. funeral service at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman.
