Obituary for Dennis M. Catoline

There will be funeral services at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman for Dennis M. Catoline, 73, who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017. He was born Oct. 6, 1944, in Youngstown, the son of Alfred Chello and Patricia Jean (Lucarell) Catoline. Dennis was a graduate of the Rayen School and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1966. He was of the Catholic faith. He was the owner of Denny's Concessions-Denny's Famous Charbroiled Steaks since 1970. He could be seen at fairs and festivals standing behind the grill yelling out, "hot and juicy" and " load em' up." He previously owned Baskets by Denny's on Federal Plaza in downtown Youngstown for 25 years. Dennis enjoyed traveling, listening to jazz music, camping, fishing, and walking in Mill Creek Park. He was a classic movie and WWII history buff. He was also an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians, Cavaliers, Browns, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Dennis will always be lovingly remembered by his companion of 43 years, Nancy Fleece of Youngstown; and his aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 1, at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman.
