YOUNGSTOWN – Jean M. Eckert, 54, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017.
She was born July 9, 1963, in Elizabeth, N.J., the daughter of John and Mary (Sofchuk) Eckert.
She was of the Christian faith.
Jean will always be remembered lovingly by her sister, Joyce (George) Orochoski of Boardman; niece Kim (Gus) Ferro of St. Augustine, Fla.; nephew Kurt Johnson of St. Augustine, Fla.; niece Lisa (Mike) Lane of Corpus Christi, Texas; and four great-nieces and nephews, Britney and Seamus Lane, and Alexis and Anthony Ferro.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Steven Eckert.
Friends may call from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman, followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m.
