Obituary for Paul A. LaRosa Jr.

Paul A. LaRosa, Jr., 79
Lowellville - Paul was born in Youngstown on Aug. 15, 1937, the son of the late Paul A. LaRosa, Sr. and Josephine (DeFrank) LaRosa.
He retired from CASTLO in 2000, and previously worked at U.S. Steel for many years. An avid sportsman, he was a lifetime member of the Lowellville Rod & Gun Club. He enjoyed traveling with his wife of nearly 60 years, the former Marian Wawrak, whom he married Aug. 3, 1957.
In addition to his wife, he survived by three sons, Paul C. LaRosa (fiancée Darnell Irvine) of Campbell; Carl J. (Sherri) LaRosa of Struthers; and George J. (Bonnie) LaRosa of Boardman; as well as a daughter Cynthia (Pantelis) Triantafillos of Campbell. Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren Paul J. LaRosa, Manoli Triantafillos, Carl D. LaRosa, Nicolas LaRosa, and Jessica (Chad) Daugherty.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Steven and daughter-in-law Lillian.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, July 23 from 4 to 7 pm at Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Avenue in Boardman, followed by funeral services at 7:00 p.m.
