Private services were held for Charles E. Winyard, 74, who passed away peacefully on Monday April 10, 2017. He was born July 16, 1942 in Warren, the son of Paul H. and Rebecca E. (Sieple) Winyard. Charles courageously served his country in the U.S. Navy as a photographer. He then went on to work at GM Lordstown where he retired. He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Basilica. Charles will always be remembered lovingly by his wife, the former Philomena Tisone whom he married October 9, 1976; sister, Nancy (Bill) Woods; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; and a brother. The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff of the Hospice House for the kind and compassionate care shown to Charles. Arrangements were entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home 4442 South Avenue in Boardman. Family and friends may visit the Book of Memories to view this tribute and send condolences to Charles's family.
