BOARDMAN – There will be a funeral service at 1 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home in Boardman for Ronald J. Ferranti, 60, who passed away Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016.
He was born June 14, 1956, in Youngstown, the son of Joseph and Carmel (DiMartino) Ferranti.
Ronald retired from Modern Builders Association.
He was a member of St. Luke Church.
He enjoyed golfing and playing darts, and was an avid Cleveland Indians Fan. His greatest joy was spending time with his family.
He will always be remembered by his mother, Carmel; nephew Michael James Ferranti; two nieces, Corinne (Anthony) Scrocco and Rebecca Bleggi; beloved dog, Timmy; sister Janice Foster of Boardman; and two brothers, Bob (Barb) Ferranti of Boardman, and James (Debbie) Ferranti of Boardman.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joseph (Mildred) Ferranti; and maternal grandparents, Venturo (Lena) DiMartino.
Friends may call from noon until the time of the service on Monday, Oct. 24, at the Rossi Brothers & Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman.
