There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church in Lowellville for Carol (Ramunno) Hynes, 76, who passed away peacefully Friday, September 16 surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 20, 1940 in Youngstown, the daughter of Ernest Sr. and Philomena A. "Minnie" (Altiero) Ramunno. Carol was a homemaker who lived for her family, especially her grandchildren. She will always be remembered lovingly by her husband, Dennis Hynes of Lowellville, whom she married July 30, 1960; four children, Denise (Mario Sr.) Nero of Lowellville, Lisa (Kevin Sr.) Duncan of Poland, Paul Hynes of Poland, and Dennis (Lori) Hynes of Lowellville; ten grandchildren, Melissa (Jesse) Coon, Tamara (Dustin) Socie, Amanda and Mario Nero Jr., Kevin Duncan Jr., Colleen (John) Wilaj, Kenny Duncan, Vince and Matt Hynes, and Adam Hynes; five great-grandsons; sister, Anita (Anthony) Mediate of Lowellville; two brothers, Ernest Jr. (Gen) Ramunno of Lowellville and Sam Ramunno of Lowellville; and many loving nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son.
