It is hard to believe it has been a year already since your mother's passing. The first year is the most difficult when we lose someone we love as much as you loved your mom. I know it still hurts but as you know time does ease the pain somewhat. I am thinking of you all today and praying for God to comfort you as he continues to heal your hearts.

I have such fond memories of visiting with your mom while hanging out at your house with you when we taught at St. Charles. She was such an upbeat, fun person. My family and I are keeping your mom, you, Joe, Lynn and your whole family in prayer for the repose of her soul, and for God's healing, comfort, and peace to be yours at this sad and difficult time.
