Youngstown– Juana M. Ortiz, 61, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Juana was born June 11, 1953 in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Domingo Ortiz and Ramona Torres. She was a homemaker and a member of the Youngstown Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church. Juana will always be lovingly remembered by her husband, Rafael Rios, whom she married on June 10, 1972; 5 children, Maria Ines Rios (Jorge Martinez) of Youngstown, Saul Rios (Annett Rios) of Tennessee, Dalila Rios (Jonathan Montes) of Youngstown, Neida L. Rios (Gilbert Andujar) of Youngstown, and Rafael J, Rios Jr. of Youngstown; 5 grandchildren, Yissel, Estevan and Abigail Martinez, and Mikael and Kiana Andujar; and 12 brothers and sisters, Antonia, Candida, Jose, Carmen, Domingo, Jorge, Milagros, Olga, Ramona, Neftali, Geraldo, and Gloria Ortiz. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 7 at the Youngstown Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church, 155 Landsdowne Boulevard in Youngstown followed by a 6 p.m service. Interment will take place in Puerto Rico. In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions may be made to the family.
